Lumbering At Sea

Sail the vast ocean and build the ultimate floating empire in Lumbering At Sea! Take control of a stranded sailor on a small wooden raft locked in a high-stakes struggle for survival. Your mission is to gather floating logs, chop down ocean trees, and expand your raft into a massive sailing fortress. Navigate through open waters, rescue lost survivors to join your crew, and fend off dangerous marine hazards. Test your resource planning, upgrade your tools, and master the art of sea lumberjacking!

Desktop Controls Press the W, A, S, and D keys or the Up, Down, Left, and Right Arrow keys on your keyboard to steer your raft smoothly across the ocean waves. Alternatively, click and hold your Mouse Left-Click, then drag the cursor in any direction to guide your character toward floating resources. Your character will automatically chop trees or gather wood when positioned close to them.

Mobile/Tablet Controls Tap and drag your thumb anywhere on the virtual on-screen joystick layout to navigate your raft through the waters. Release your thumb from the screen to drop anchor and halt your movement near resource hubs.

Gameplay Rules & Objectives Your primary objective is to expand your raft and survive by continuously harvesting timber from unique ocean trees and floating debris. Every log collected can be processed at your crafting station to build new platform sections, structural walls, and utility buildings. If your raft collides with sharp coral reefs or gets destroyed by wild sea creatures, you will lose your cargo. Collect golden coins and special sea shells to upgrade your axe efficiency, expand storage capacity, and hire automated crew helpers.

How to Win & Strategy Do not just spend all your initial timber raw materials on making your raft look larger early in the game. It is highly recommended to prioritize upgrading your chopping axe speed and hiring your first automated helper crew member, as increasing your harvesting efficiency early on completely doubles your resource generation rate without wasting extra time.
