Desktop Controls Move your Mouse cursor in a continuous circular motion to rotate and swing your character's climbing hammer or pickaxe. Press and hold your Mouse Left-Click to grip onto solid rock surfaces, and release the button to launch yourself upward. Alternatively, press the W, A, S, and D keys or Arrow keys to adjust your balance.
Mobile/Tablet Controls Tap and slide your finger on the virtual on-screen joystick or directly across the touchscreen interface to swing the climbing axe. Maintain continuous touch pressure to keep a firm hold on the mountain side, and swipe rapidly to execute a powerful leap to a higher ledge.
Gameplay Rules & Objectives Your main objective is to navigate your character from the base of the mountain all the way up to the final summit camp marked with a golden flag. Along the way, you must safely navigate past slick ice fields, fragile crumbling rocks, and deep open chasms. Failing to secure a grip or mistiming a swing will cause you to plummet back down, erasing your current altitude progress. Reach the peak using the minimum number of swings to maximize your star rating.
How to Win & Strategy Do not rush your movements or try to make massive, blind leaps constantly. It is highly recommended to perform slow, controlled rotational swings with your hammer to test the stability of a rock face first, utilizing the natural physics of your character's body momentum to swing smoothly like a pendulum before launching yourself to the next secure anchor point.
